火电厂建设项目对地下水环境影响预测及防渗措施分析

摘要 火电厂项目的运营对地下水环境的影响主要取决于项目所在地的水文地质条件以及项目本身的防渗措施,本文通过对新疆华电吐鲁番2×350MW冷热电多联供工程地下水环境预测,分析在水文地质条件不具备较好的天然防渗前提下,项目采取不同的防渗措施对地下水环境的影响程度,以最终确定经济可行的防渗措施,同时为同类条件项目的地下水预测及防渗措施确定提供依据。 The impact of the operation of thermal power plant project on underground water environment mainly depends on the hydrological and geologic conditions of the project location and the anti- seepage measures taken during the execution of the project. Through the prediction of underground water environment for the 2 × 350 MW combined cold,heat and power supply project in Turpan undertaken by Xinjiang Sinopower,this paper has analyzed the extent of the impact of different anti- seepage measures taken during project execution on the underground water environment,when the hydrological and geologic conditions do not allow for relatively good natural anti- seepage,so as to finalize the economic and feasible anti- seepage measures and in the meanwhile provide reference for predicting the underground water environment and determining the anti- seepage measures for projects under similar conditions.
