中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)的研究现状 被引量:8

摘要 中性粒细胞是人体固有免疫系统的重要组成之一,可借助其强大的趋化作用和吞噬功能杀灭病原体。近年来研究表明活化的中性粒细胞也可以通过形成胞外诱捕网(NETs)来捕获并消灭病原体。然而,NETs也可以对自身正常细胞和组织产生损伤。本文通过总结NETs的产生机制、结构组成、信号通路、对机体的利弊等方面对NETs的最新研究进展做一概述。 Neutrophils, as an important part of innate immune system, defense the infection mainly by itschemotaxis and phagocytosis. Recently, neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs) have emerged to be anothermechanism of neutrophils' anti-infection. NETs also can simultaneously impair the normal tissue. This reviewfocuses on the mechanism of formation, composition, signal pathway and biological function of NETs.
