摘要
后循环缺血眩晕西医治疗明确病因尽可能针对病因治疗,如高血压、糖尿病、高血脂症等;预防性治疗主要包括抗血小板聚集剂、抗凝药物、降纤酶治疗等;外科治疗主要应用在有严重血管狭窄情况下,可酌情选择血管内介入治疗、动脉内膜切除术或动脉塔桥术等。中医针刺治疗操作简单、副作用小;体针有虚实之分,实当平肝化痰,定眩,取足少阳经、督脉及手足厥阴经穴为主;虚当益气养血,定眩,取足少阳经、督脉、足阳明经及相应背俞穴为主。彭静山眼针疗法有循经取穴:疾病属哪经取哪经区穴位,或同时对症取几个经区;看眼取穴:观眼识病,即哪个经区络脉形状、颜色最明显即取哪一经穴区;病位取穴:按上、中、下三焦划分的界限,病位所属上、中、下哪个区即取对应眼针的穴区。眼针即刻效应更为突出,起效迅速,与体针互为补充,值得深入研究。
