摘要
月球软着陆下降级发动机在载人登月任务中起着至关重要的作用,必须具备高性能、长期贮存、多次点火起动、大范围推力调节等能力。针对此技术需求,论述了液氧甲烷推进剂具有空间可贮存、不易积碳和结焦、能够实现膨胀循环等技术优点,且相关技术已得到国内外试验验证,技术可行性高,是登月下降级发动机理想选择。经过论证,确定了发动机采用泵压膨胀循环、双涡轮泵串联的系统方案。最后,介绍了国内液氧甲烷下降级发动机火炬式电点火器、大范围变工况喷注器等关键技术的研究进展。
The lunar descent engine is one of the most important components in manned lunar land-ing. It should have the capability of high performance, storable in space, multi-ignition and start,and variable-thrust etc. Based on these requirements, LOX/ methane propellant is the best solutionfor descent engine. It has many advantages such as space storable, not easy to coke, applying to ex-pander cycle etc. This paper proved the system scheme of expander cycle and double turbopump. Inthe end, the research progress of key technologies including the igniter body and variable flux injec-tor were introduced.
