二次上浆处理对国产碳纤维可织性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 将水性环氧树脂和一定的助剂配制成水性上浆剂,然后对碳纤维进行上浆处理,通过对上浆后纤维表观形态、耐磨性、摩擦后纤维表面毛羽、纤维集束性、纤维束的拉伸断裂强度等进行测试,评价了二次上浆对国产碳纤维可织性的影响.实验结果表明:助剂质量分数为5%、浆液质量分数为4%时,处理后的碳纤维综合性能优异,有利于织造的进行. The carbon fiber is sized with water-based sizing agent with a mixture of water-soluble epoxy resin and a kind of additive, the apparent morphology, abrasion resistance, surface hairiness after friction,cluster ability, tensile breaking strength of the sized carbon fiber are measured to analyze the impact of secondary sizing on the weavability of domestic carbon fiber. The experimental results show that when the additive content is 5%and the concentration of sizing agent is 4%, the comprehensive performance of the sized carbon fiber is excellent, and it is beneficial to weaving.
