摘要
目的:探讨血液灌流联合血液透析对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:将48例维持性血液透析患者随机分为血液透析组和血液灌流联合血液透析组,每组各24例;另选择24例健康体检者作为对照组。比较透析前、透析治疗12周后,各组研究对象的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、清蛋白水平。结果:透析前,血液灌流联合血液透析组和血液透析组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),清蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗12周后,血液透析组患者的血清TNF-α水平较治疗前有显著上升(P<0.05);血液灌流联合血液透析组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流联合血液透析可降低维持性血液透析患者炎症因子水平。
Objective To investigation effects of hemodialysis (HD) combined with hemoperfusion (HP) on microinflammatory status in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: 48 maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into HD group(n=24) and HP+HD group (n=24). 24 cases of health examination were selected as control group. The interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), high sensitive C- reactive protein (hs-CRP) and albumin level were measured before and 12weeks after the treatment. Results: The IL-6, TNF-α, and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in HP+HD group and HD groupthan those in control group (P〈0. 01), but the albumin levels were significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0. 01) before thetreatment. 12 weeks after the treatment, the TNF-琢level of HD group significantly increased (P〈0. 05), while the IL-6, TNF-α,and hs-CRP levels of HD+HP group decreased compared with those before the treatment (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: HP+HD could efficiently reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
