摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀护理能力培训的作用。方法:将42名临床新护士随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各21名。两组新护士均实施规范化培训,在此基础上,研究组新护士增加人文关怀能力培训。培训前后,采用护生人文关怀能力量表(NHCAS)、护患关系信任度量表(NPTS)及患者满意度调查表(PSS)比较两组新护士人文关怀护理能力的效果。结果:1培训前,两组新护士的NHCAS、NPTS总分及PSS评分比较均无显著性统计学差异(P>0.05);2培训后,研究组新护士的NHCAS总分、NPTS总分与PSS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:人文关怀护理能力培训能提高新护士护理服务水平。
Objective To explore effects of training of humanistic care nursing ability. Methods: 42 clinical new nurses weredivided into study group (21 nurses) and control group (21nurses) by. The two groups were all given standardized training, on thatbasis, the study group was added training of humanistic care ability. Before and after the training, the effects of the two groups wereevaluated using NHCAS NPTS and PSS. Results: (1) Before the training, there were no significantly statistical differences in the totalscores of NHCAS and NPTS as well as the PSS score (P〉0. 05). After the training, the total scores of NHCAS and NPTS as well asthe PSS score of study group were obviously higher than those of control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusions: The training of humanisticcare nursing ability can improve the level of new nurses nursing service.
