摘要
对学术期刊中常见的"一稿多投"现象进行归纳,对相应原因进行分析,有针对性地提出了预防措施与解决路径。研究认为:基于当前的网络大数据视角,学术期刊应建立专业领域的学术期刊联盟,以便获得自己专业领域的数据,通过学术联盟的海量数据进行过滤与分析,预防"一稿多投"现象。尽管建立各专业领域学术期刊联盟的合作机制有待探讨,但构建该联盟不仅能有效解决"一稿多投"的问题,还将在未来更好地发挥学术资源的集群化优势。
The multiple submissions phenomenon faced by academic journals were summarized and corresponding causeswere analyzed to put forward preventive measures and solutions.It is suggested that,from the perspective of big data,academic journal alliances of relevant professional field should be established by academic journals to obtain data of theirown field and through the filtration and analysis of massive data within the academic alliance to avoid the phenomenon.Italso points out that despite that cooperation mechanism of the alliances remains to be explored,their establishment can notonly effectively solve the problem of multiple submissions,but also better play the cluster advantage of academic resourcesin the future.
