摘要
基于提高红外气体传感器硬件电路调试效率的目的,文中设计了一个传感器故障预诊断软件,主要应用于传感器批量生产过程中对电路故障进行预诊断。传感器测量的数据由串口发送到计算机,通过该诊断软件界面,显示所采集信号的数值与模拟波形。据此,判断传感器的工作状态,当出现故障时,再依据专家诊断经验库进一步判断传感器的故障原因,并显示出故障类型和相应的解决方案,从而降低了对测试工人的技能要求,减少了劳动强度,提高了硬件电路调试效率。
In order to improve the hardware debugging efficiency of gas sensors,error pre-diagnosis software for gas sensors was designed in this paper,which is mainly used in the diagnosis for hardware circuits in sensors. The data from gas sensors were transmitted to the computer by the serial communication. Then the data and the wave of each channel were shown on the main interface to judge the status of sensors. When the sensor was wrong,the category of malfunctions and the causes of errors were found by the database of debugging experience. Using the designed software,the required skills and working intensity to debugging engineers are decreased,and the debugging efficiency is improved as well.
