摘要
多传感器布置矢量力测试系统中,传感器真实受力很难得到验证。针对多传感器近似规则图形布置的矢量力测试系统的受力状态,建立数学模型,分析解算解耦公式,比对公式计算结果、有限元软件计算结果和实验数据并分析其计算误差。提出一种较高精度的解耦计算方法,并且在四传感器布置情况下的计算精度保持在5.12%以下。
The real force of multi-sensor arranged vector force sensor testing system was hard to verify. According the force state of near-regular pattern multi-sensor arranged vector force testing system,this paper is to establish the mathematical model,analyze and decouple the equation solver,and compare with the results of FEA software and experimental data and analyze the calculation errors. A high precision decoupling calculation method was proposed,and the accuracy in the case of four-sensor arranged vector force sensor was maintained at 5. 12% or less.
