摘要
为了协调解决地铁建设与周边地块开发的相互影响,以及降低合建基坑的施工风险,优化双方的工期和降低造价等问题。本文利用工程实例通过数值分析评估合建基坑的安全性,再通过监测结果予以验证。得出以下结论:该合建基坑的设计是安全合理的,而且很大限度的降低了造价,节省了工期。可以为后续工程提供相关经验和参考。
In order to coordinate the resolution of the mutual influence of subway construction and development of surrounding land, as well as reducing the risk in building construction pit, optimization of both duration and reduce the cost and other issues.In this paper, numerical analysis and evaluation project example in building pit safety, be verified through monitoring results.The following conclusions : The Foundation in building design is safe and reasonable, and great limits reduce the cost, saving the construction period. Relevant experience and can provide a reference for subsequent projects.
