摘要
阐述我国化工园区评价和诊断工作的必要性及其技术路线。评价和诊断工作包括:产业发展质量;系统工程优化度;安全、环保现状。讨论了衢州化工园区龙头企业巨化与园内其它企业之间产业和系统工程共生、合作共赢的关系。
The article expounds the necessity and technical route of the evaluation and diagnostic work of the chemical industry park in China. Evaluation and diagnostic work includes： quality of industrial development; system engineering optimization; status quo of safety and environmental protection. It has been reviewed the relationship of symbiosis, cooperation and mutual benefit between leading enterprises JUHUA and other enterprises in QUZHOU chemical industry park.
