摘要
石墨烯是未来发展十分有潜力的一种新型二维蜂窝状炭质稳定晶体材料,有极好的导电导热性能,轻薄但强韧。近年来,石墨烯的制备方法层出不穷。本文综述石墨烯的几种主要制备方法,包括微机械剥离法、氧化还原法、Si C外延生长法、化学气相沉积法(CVD)以及电弧法、化学分散法、有机合成法、液相分散法等。分析了各方法的优缺点,并对石墨烯的发展趋势及未来应用领域进行了展望。
Graphene was the future development potential of a novel two-dimensional honeycomb carbon quality and stability of crystal materials, had excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, thin but tough. In recent years, graphene preparation methods emerged in endlessly, this paper reviewed graphene several main preparation method, included micro mechanical stripping method, oxidation reduction method, Si C epitaxial growth method and chemical gas phase deposition(CVD) and arc method, chemical dispersion method, organic synthesis, liquid phase dispersion method. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were analyzed, and the development trend and future applications of graphene were prospect.
