摘要
目的对乌鲁木齐市1例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例进行流行病学调查,为防控疫情提供依据。方法对病例进行流行病学调查并采集相关标本进行实验室检测。结果经实验室检测确诊为人感染H7N9禽流感病例,病例有农贸市场禽类环境暴露史,并从该农贸市场环境标本中检出1份H7禽流感阳性,1份H5型禽流感阳性。结论活禽市场的暴露是感染H7N9禽流感的危险因素,要加强禽类外环境的检测,落实各项防控措施。
Objective Epidemiological survey on a case of human infected by H7N9 avian influenza virus in Urumqi Cityto provide evidence for prevention and control of the epidemic. Methods Epidemiological survey was conducted on the caseand relevant samples were collected for laboratory examination. Results Laboratory testing confirmed the diagnosis of humaninfected by H7N9 avian influenza virus. The patient had a history of exposure to poultry in a farmer＇s market. One positive caseof H7 avian influenza and one positive case of H5 avian influenza were detected from the agricultural products in the samefarmer＇s market. Conclusion Exposure to live poultry markets is a risk factor for infection by H7N9 avian influenza virus.Examination of avian external environment should be strengthened, and prevention and control measures should beimplemented.
