摘要
采用能值分析法,通过构建耕地多功能运行效应综合评估框架,建立较高层级耕地功能与系统输出对应关系,对北京耕地系统功能运行效应进行综合评价.研究结果表明:1)北京耕地系统高效运行主要靠大量不可更新工业辅助能的投入,不可更新资源的大量投入,导致系统环境负载率较大,系统的可持续性水平较差,属于典型的消费型系统;2)2014年北京耕地系统产品输出、调节、支持和文化服务输出能值分别占总输出能值的21.28%、21.54%、16.76%和40.42%,耕地服务功能效应发挥显著,尤其是文化娱乐功能,充分体现出大都市区耕地功能逐渐向调节和文化服务功能需求倾斜的特点.
With increasing grain production quantity,grain import quantity and grain stock quantity,the production function of cultivated land in metropolitan areas is continuously weakened,and this has become a new direction for the utilization and protection of cultivated land in metropolitan areas.Energy value analysis was used here to evaluate functional operation effect of cultivated land system in Beijing.A comprehensive evaluation framework of multi-functional operation effect of cultivated land was constructed.Corresponding relationship between function of cultivated land and system output was established.The efficient working of cultivated land system in Beijing was found to be dependent largely on non-renewable industrial assistance energy.Inputs leading to larger system environment load ratio and poorer system sustainability level made cultivated land system a typical consumer system.Energy proportion of product output,regulating services output,support services,cultural services output of cultivated land system in Beijing in 2014 were found to be21.28%,21.54%,16.76%and 40.42%respectively.Effect of cultivated land service function,especially cultural entertainment function were significant,fully reflecting the phenomenon that cultivated land functions were gradually changing from providing agricultural products to providing regulating services and cultural service.
