摘要
本文阐述了2016年1月6日,工业和信息化部等8部门联合公布的《电器电子产品有害物质限制使用管理办法》(第32号令)与2006年公布的《电子信息产品污染控制管理办法》(第39号)之间的扩大适用范围、扩大限制范围等差异分析,以及给我国电器电子产业结构带来的影响,督促电器电子产品升级换代。
This paper explains the differential analysis such as scope expansion of application and restriction between the ＂Administrative measure for the restricted use of hazardous substance in electric and electronic products＂ （the 32nd order） jointly released by 8 departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on January 6, 2016 and the ＂Administrative measure for pollution control in electronic information products＂ （the 39th order） published in 2006, and expounds their effect on the electric and electronic industry structure in China, which is of significance to supervise the upgrading of electric and electronic products.
