摘要
小试发现反应温度、加酶量和加水量这三个因素对磷脂酶C用于铁核桃油脱胶的影响较大,在对这三个因素进行单因素试验的基础上,采用Box–Behnken设计响应面法优化脱胶工艺。结果表明,磷脂酶C作用于铁核桃油脱胶最佳工艺为反应温度46℃、加酶量45 m L/kg、加水量31 m L/kg。在此条件下得到的脱胶铁核桃油中磷脂含量为20.73 mg/kg,为铁核桃油的脱胶精炼提供了一定的理论参考。
The reaction temperature,enzyme dosage and water dosage were the most important factors during the degumming of iron walnut oil with phospholipase C found by sample test. Based on single factor tests,the optimization conditions for degumming of iron walnut oil with phospholipase C by response surface method(RSM) were performed.The optimal conditions were reaction temperature 46℃,enzyme dosage 45 m L/kg,water dosage 31 m L/kg. Under these optimal conditions,the residual phospholipid content in the degummed iron walnut oil decreased to 20.73 mg/kg. This study provided the theoretical basis for the degumming of iron walnut oil with phospholipase C.
