摘要
积极参与丝绸之路经济带建设,是青海进一步扩大对外开放、拓展发展空间、优化经济增长方式、推进经济转型升级和促进民族地区和谐稳定的重大历史机遇。因此,青海要把握好国家丝绸之路经济带战略带来的机遇,主动、全面、深度融入到"一带一路"建设中,以丝绸之路经济带建设为契机,推动青海经济社会的发展,并为服务国家战略做出青海应有的贡献。
