摘要
以辽宁地区4个品种的沙棘为研究对象,通过丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性变化来测定4个品种的抗旱性,结果表明:4个沙棘品种随着干旱程度的加剧,其丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性变化随之变大,加速了对沙棘细胞的伤害程度。4个品种中以太阳品种抗旱性最好,中黄果抗旱性较差。
The four varieties of Hippophae rhamnoides in Liaoning Province as the research object,drought resistance of four varieties was determined by the malondialdehyde(MDA)content and the changes of membrane permeability.Result shows that the malondialdehyde(MDA)content and the changes of membrane permeability of four varieties for Hippophae rhamnoides become larger with the aggravation of drought degree.Thus accelerate the degree of damage to cells of Hippophae rhamnoides.Drought resistance of Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Taiyang'is the optimal among the four varieties and the drought resistance of Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Zhonghuangguo'is poor.
