摘要
对云南省昭通市高水分褐煤的工业化利用方案进行了论述。笔者认为,采用过热蒸汽干燥+蒸汽机械再压缩技术(MVR)对褐煤进行干燥,可以回收褐煤加温脱水时的气化热和冷凝水,能大幅度降低能耗和加工成本,具有工业化实用价值。
The industrial utilization plan of Zhaotong high moisture lignite was discussed. It was believed if superheated steam drying + mechanical vapor recompression technology( MVR) for the lignite drying were used,the heat of vaporization and condensation water could be recovered during heating lignite dehydration. Energy consumption and processing costs could be significantly reduced. This plan had the industrialized practical value.
