摘要
针对目前无传感器检测永磁同步电机转子位置方法存在对电机参数敏感的问题,提出一种通过控制直轴电流为零估算转子位置信息的新方法。基于直轴电流PI调节器中输出电压中包含转子位置误差信息,通过控制直轴电流为零,进而通过控制转子位置锁相环跟踪比例积分控制器的转子位置趋于零来估算出转子位置与转速。理论分析和试验结果表明:提出的无传感器算法只需永磁磁链,无需其它电机参数,算法十分简单,在20%额定转速以上都能准确地检测到转子位置和转速,适用于功率等级宽泛的暖通、工业净化风机用永磁同步电机。
For the problem of sensitivity to motor parameters during detecting rotor position of sensorless PMSM,a new method to estimate the rotor position was put forward by controlling direct axis current through zero. This method was based on the rotor position deviation information of direct axis current PI regulator output voltage,by controlling the direct axis current and the rotor position of phase- locked loop tracking PI controller to estimate the rotor position and speed. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed sensorless algorithm only needs permanent magnet flux linkage,without other electrical parameters; the algorithm is very simple,and can accurately detect the rotor position and speed above 20% of rated speed. It is suitable for permanent magnet synchronous motor of ventilating and industrial cleaning fan with a wide range power grade.
