摘要
居住与工作是城市的两大主要功能,而由此产生的通勤空间格局又深刻影响着城市空间布局和城市交通状况。该文以杭州临安锦桥社区为主要研究对象,通过对社区内居民和职工的问卷调查,了解其职住分离状况以及"住城职郊"的通勤空间格局特征,并剖析其形成机理,提出可以通过增加土地利用多样性、完善新城产业政策、加强住房流通、优化通勤方式等途径加以缓解。
Residential and working are the two main functions of the city, and the resulting commuter spatial pattern affects the urban space layout and traffi c conditions profoundly. Taking Jinqiao community of Lin＇an, Hangzhou as the main research object, through the questionnaire survey on this community＇s residents and workers, we understand its working and residential separation condition and characteristics of the ＂living in the city while working in the suburban＂ commuter spatial pattern, and then analyze the forming reason. Finally we putt forward some methods to solve these problems, like increasing the diversity of the land use, improving policy of the new city, strengthening the circulation of housing, optimizing the commuter way and so on.
