摘要
分析京杭运河德州段的地理水文、河道历史演变和水利工程的重要功能,从防护措施、优化管理、保护水生态与水资源、整合地域文化、开发文化价值和营造运河文化遗产保护氛围等方面提出保护开发德州段运河水文化遗产的措施建议,以保护水利工程文化遗产为切入点,提出相关对策建议。
Geographical hydrology of Dezhou Section of Jinghang Grand Canal, historical evolution of river courses and main functions of water structures are studied. Measures for protection and exploration of culture heritage are proposed in terms of bettering off management, conservation of ecosystem and water resources,integration of regional culture, exploring value of culture and creating an atmosphere of treasuring our culture heritage. From the viewpoint of cherishing our culture heritage, relevant measures for protecting water works are put forward.
