摘要
随着制造业的不断发展,高技能型人才严重不足。大力发展职业教育是解决问题的关键。文章以优化高技能人才的培养为目的,探讨了中高职有机衔的途径——建立有效的中高职衔接的课程体系。
With the continuous development of manufacturing industry, the shortage of high skilled talents. Vigorously develop vocation- al education is the key to solve the problem.
