摘要
研究了试板体积、熔敷层长度、搭接量、熔敷层搭接道数及压板拘束对熔敷层裂纹率的影响 ,结果表明随试板体积增大、熔敷层长度增加、搭接量增大和熔敷层搭接道数增多 ,熔敷层裂纹率升高。压板及冷却水的拘束作用也使熔敷层裂纹率升高。分析并比较了上述工艺因素作为熔敷层抗裂性判据的优劣 ,其中熔敷层道数对裂纹率影响更加直观、简便和准确 ,最终获得了评定熔敷层抗裂性优劣的最佳判据和补充判据。
Effects of volume of test panel,length of clad lines,overlapping length,lapping pass number of clad layer and restrictive planten on crack ratio of clad layer were investigated.The results showed that the crack ratio increased with the increase of the test panel volume,the length of clad line,overlapping length and lapping pass number of clad layer.The crack ratio was also increased by the restrictive effect of the seasaw and cooling water.The above mentioned processing factors were used as the criterion of crack resistance of clad layer.Among them the effect of lapping pass number on crack ratio was very accurate,simple and convenient.
