摘要
凝集教学资源,博采众长,建设起《中药鉴定学》课程教学团队。团队成员将依据各自的能力和特长,承担《中药鉴定学》课程的相关教学内容和任务,共同拟定整个团队的长远发展规划,改变目前教师每人负责一门课程教学而导致的教学效果差、学生接受度低的不良局面;通过团队建设解决了任课教师工作、生活、学习三者之间存在的矛盾。
It was one aim that could change the current adverse situation,which the teaching effectiveness was unsatisfactory and students received less knowledge,because one teacher needed independently undertaking a course. So the course teaching team of Authentication of Chinese Medicine was constructed. Teaching team members could be based on their ability and expertise,respectively accepted teaching content and tasks,and jointly develop the team＇s long- term development plan. The measure had been address those contradiction which come from the teachers＇ work,live and learn. At the same time,it could be further improve teaching quality by centralizing teaching resources and widely adopting everyone merit.
