摘要
本文通过对企业职位管理中出现的问题进行分析,提出统筹职位分布、做好职位分析和职位评价、合理开展工作专业化并进行职位重新设计等途径,加强职位管理水平,以此改进企业人力资源管理水平。
The paper offers an analysis of the problems that exist in the position management in refining & chemical companies, and proposes appropriate solutions, which include planning the distribution of positions, carrying out job analysis and evaluation, promoting specialization of work, redesigning jobs, to improve position management and thus the human resource management in the company.
