摘要
阐述了贵州电网科技项目后评估管理系统,包括科技项目自动后评估模块、科技项目基层单位评价模块和科技项目专家评估模块。其中科技项目自动后评估模块可以实现对于单个电网科技项目的多层次、多指标后评估,科技项目基层单位评估模块实现各基层单位对于年度科技项目完成情况等指标的评估,科技项目专家评估模块实现同类科技项目的整体后评估。
This paper introduced the technology project assessment management system of Guizhou Power Grid,including automatic evaluation module,basic unit evaluation module and expert assessment module of scientific and technological project. Automatic evaluation module could evaluate many indexes and many levels of single power grid,basic unit evaluation module could evaluate the completion situation of the annual scientific and technological project,and expert assessment module could achieve the overall evaluation for same class scientific and technological projects.
