摘要
为研究配方组分变化对改性双基推进剂羽流电子密度的影响,采用最小自由能原理和沙哈方程,对配方进行了计算,系统分析了不同固体填料、含能添加剂、氧系数、催化剂及金属燃料等对改性双基推进剂羽流电子密度的影响规律。结果表明,DNTF、CL-20、Al粉对羽流电子密度影响较大,其数值比基础配方高1~2个数量级;配方体系固体填料含量增加,羽流电子密度减小;氧系数增加,羽流电子密度增大;NTO-Pb含量为3%左右时,羽流电子密度出现最大值。
In order to study the effects of different contents on electron density of plume of composite modified double-base propellant( CMDB),theoretical performance of the propellant were calculated based on the principle of free-energy minimization and Saha equation. The effects of the component in CMDB propellant,such as,solid filler,oxidizer,Al powder,lead 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-onate( NTO-Pb) and different explosives on electron density of plume of the propellant were analyzed. The results show that DNTF,CL-20 and Al have influences on the electron density of plume significantly,and electron density of plume increases two orders of magnitude than that of basic formula of propellant. Electron density of plume decreases with the increase of solid filler and the decrease of oxidizer content. The highest electron density was achieved when the NTO-Pb content was 3%.
