摘要
本研究旨在检测宁夏地区部分蛋鸡场新城疫卵黄抗体效价的水平及差异，通过血凝试验检测本实验室制备的新城疫病毒抗原的效价并校正血凝单位，血凝抑制试验检测宁夏地区14个蛋鸡场140枚鸡蛋卵黄抗体的效价。试验结果显示，新城疫病毒的血凝效价为8 log2，卵黄抗体效价平均在10 log2～13 log2。因此，宁夏地区蛋鸡场新城疫卵黄抗体效价较高，研究结果为了解宁夏地区新城疫防治的效果提供了试验数据。
The purpose of this study is to detect and analasize the difference and level of egg yolk antibody titer of Newcastle Disease in some layers of Ningxia area. The titer of Newcastle disease virus antigen prepared in our lab was detected by blood hemagglutination assay, and hemagglutination units was correct. HA titer of Newcastle disease virus antigen is detected by, and egg yolk antibody titers of 140 eggs in 14 region of Ningxia is detected by hemagglutination inhibition assay. The results that HA titer of Newcastle disease virus antigen is 8 log2, titer of yolk antibody keep higher level ranged from 10 log2 - 13 log2 averagely. Therefore, it is higher level that egg yolk antibody titer of Newcastle disease in Ningxia area, and this results provides experimental data for the prevention and control of Newcastle disease in Ningxia area.
