摘要
Wnt10b作为Wnt家族重要成员之一,是通过经典WNT信号通路发挥作用,在动物绒毛的生长、发育和周期维持等过程均发挥重要作用,通过研究Wnt10b在毛囊各发育周期的表达规律,有利于揭示该基因对绒毛细度、被毛密度、长度、S/P等指标的影响机制。本文介绍了wnt10b基因的发现、分子结构、调控机制、生物学功能及其在动物毛囊生长发育中的作用机理,为今后改良和提高动物毛发品质提供理论基础。因此,wnt10b的研究也成为动物毛囊形态的发生和周期生长的调控提供新方向。
As one of the most important members of the Wnt family, WntlOb plays an important role in the growth, development and maintenance of the animal's villi through the classical WNT signaling pathway, and it is helpful to reveal the influence mechanism on the fineness, density, length, S/P of the gene by studying the expression of WntlOb in the hair follicle development cycle. This research introduces the discovery, molecular structure, regulation and control mechanism, biological function of the wntlOb gene and its mechanism in the animal hair follicle growth and development, and providing the theoretical basis for the future improvement and improve the quality of the animal hair. Therefore, this research privoded a new direction in animal hair follicle and growth cycle.
