摘要
工业汽轮机作为石油、化工、冶金等装置中的动力核心,其转子动力学特性设计是汽轮机设计的关键问题。基于工业汽轮机转子动力学设计与当前研究现状的评估,从实际工程问题出发,对某驱动丙烯制冷压缩机用的工业汽轮机转子动力学设计过程、轴承选择、轴承参数优化和转子动力学评估进行了研究。厂内机械运转实验结果表明,该汽轮机的转子动力学设计是成功的,该流程与方法,也适用于其他旋转机械转子动力学设计、轴承调整与评估,具有工程借鉴意义。
The rotor dynamic design is the key issue of designing industrial steam turbine which is the power core in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other plants. Based on the state-of-the-art of the rotor dynamic design and the evaluation of the present research for the turbine, the investigation was carried out on rotor dynamic design process and evaluation, bearing choice and the parameter optimization with regard to the steam turbine applied for a driving propylene refrigeration compressor. The outcome of the work shows that the rotor dynamic design of the turbine is successful. The process and method are also suitable for other turbomachinery rotor dynamic design, bearing adjustment and rotor dynamics assessment.
