摘要
采用谷氨酸钠作为改性剂,合成了具有良好亲水性质的谷氨酸钠-环氧树脂.采用傅里叶红外光谱测试对改性前后的环氧树脂结构进行了表征,证实了谷氨酸钠-环氧树脂中亲水基团的存在.考查了反应物配比、反应温度、催化剂用量和反应时间对谷氨酸钠-环氧树脂产率的影响,得到了最佳合成条件:环氧树脂UVR6103与谷氨酸钠的配比为1∶0.6,催化剂四甲基氯化铵的质量分数为2%,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为6h.
The good hydrophilic sodium glutamate-epoxy resin was synthesized by using sodium glutamate as modifier.The epoxy resin structures before and after modification were tested by FTIR,which confirmed the existence of the hydrophilic group in sodium glutamate-epoxy resin.The influence of reactant ratio,reaction temperature,catalyst dosage and reaction time to sodium glutamate-epoxy yield were studied,and the best polymerization condition were:the mass ratio of epoxy resin UVR6103 and sodium glutamate 1∶0.6,the dosage of the catalyst tetramethyl ammonium chloride 2%,reaction temperature 100 ℃ and reaction time 6h.
