摘要
在对开关特性测试仪各速度参量进行校准时,需要有一个能够满足校准需要的速度发生装置。本文介绍了一种在高压开关特性测试仪校准时提供速度信号的速度发生器的总体设计方案,详细讨论了其设计过程。该速度发生器应用STM32F407作为主控芯片;设计了一套提供真实位移过程的位移机构;设计了信号输出电路以输出可自定义脉宽与幅值的脉冲信号。校准时可以根据被校准仪器的需要选用不同的速度信号源,以解决开关特性测试仪速度参数校准的速度源问题。
When calibrating speed parameters of a switch characteristics tester,the calibration device must have a speed generator to provide speed signals. This paper describes design of a speed generator used for providing speed signals when calibrating switch characteristics testers. The design procedure is discussed. The device uses STM32F407 as MCU. A signal output circuit is designed to provide pulsing signals,of which the amplitude and pulse width can be customized. A shift mechanical structure is designed to provide real shift. Different speed signals can be chosen based on demands of calibrated instruments to provide speed signals for calibrating speed parameters of a switch characteristics tester.
