摘要
为了提高工业用户有序用电实施的环境效益,笔者在分析目前有序用电管理中存在问题的基础上,提出了工业用户有序用电错峰优先级序位评价指标体系、综合评价方法和时段错峰方案优化编制方法,并以某10 kV公网线路工业用户为例进行分析。结果表明,工业用户时段错峰评价指标体系与方案优化模型可在有序用电方案有效实施的基础上扩大环境效益,促进电力行业实现节能减排。
In order to enhance the environmental benefit of orderly electricity consumption for industrial users, the author proposed, on the basis of the problems of current orderly electricity consumption management, orderly electricity consumption peak priority order evaluation index system, comprehensive evaluation method and peak period plan optimization compilation, and analyzed an industrial user of 10 kV public line. The result shows that the peak period evaluation index system and plan optimization model can be applied to extend environmental benefit and to promote energy saving and emission reduction, on the basis of the effective implementation of orderly electricity consumption plan.
