摘要
2013年7—8月,在新疆喀纳斯地区沼泽鼓藻类生物多样性的研究过程中,对采自喀纳斯地区的65余号标本进行了详细的观察,共观察到鼓藻类植物新疆新记录7个分类单位,隶属于鼓藻目,鼓藻科的3个属,其中柱形鼓藻属(Penium)1种:珍珠柱形鼓藻〔Penium margaritaceum(Ehrenberg)Brébisson ex Ralfs〕;凹顶鼓藻属(Euastrum)1种:双齿凹顶鼓藻眼纹变种〔Euastrum bidentatum var.oculatum(Istavànffi)Krieger〕;鼓藻属(Cosmarium)5种:圆齿鼓藻(C.crenatum Ralfs)、六乳突鼓藻九突变种(C.hexapapillatum var.novempapillatum Zhu&Hu)、近六乳突鼓藻(C.subhexapapillatum Wei)、近前膨胀鼓藻锥形变种(C.subprotumidum var.pyramidale Coesel),特平鼓藻豆形变种(C.turpinii var.podolicum Gutwinski)。对其形态学特征进行了详细的描述,并给出了它们的生境特征。
In this study,sixty-five algal specimens were collected from the marshes in the Kanas region（ 48°35＇- 49°11＇N,86°54＇- 87°54＇E,1 200- 1 400 m） in Burqin,Xinjiang,China from July to August 2013. The desmids are very rich in the region. By referring to a lot of literatures and using the methods of traditional identification,it was found that 7 species,i. e. Penium margaritaceum（ Ehrenberg） Brébisson ex Ralfs,Euastrum bidentatum var. oculatum（ Istavànffi） Krieger,Cosmarium crenatum Ralfs,C. hexapapillatum var. novempapillatum Zhu Hu,C. subhexapapillatum Wei,C. subprotumidum var. pyramidale Coesel and C. turpinii var. podolicum Gutwinski,were recorded for the first time in Xinjiang. In addition,the species identification character and circumstance is described. These new records would enrich the study data of desmids in Xinjiang.
