弦杆开孔空间钢管桁架受力分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文以某弦杆开孔且未加强的空间钢管桁架人行桥为工程背景,通过全桥整体有限元模型和局部节点精细化有限元模型,分析在弦杆节点处预留镀锌工艺孔对于其受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:设计荷载作用下,弦杆节点处预留镀锌工艺孔会加剧弦杆节点处的应力集中,使弦杆的应力峰值增大,开孔后节点极限承载力能力降低,部分节点破坏模式转变为对结构不利的弦杆首先破坏。计算分析结果表明虽然开孔后桁架强度可满足受力要求,但由于其失效模式的变化,后续应对其弦杆进行加固补强处理。本文所应用分析方法对处理同类工程问题具有借鉴作用。 In this paper,an unreinforced footbridge of space steel pipe truss with technological hole in chord is selected as the sample of the required engineering background. Based on the finite element model of whole structure and refined finite element model of partial joint,the influences of technological hole in chord on space steel pipe truss is discussed. It can be concluded from the analysis that stress concentration at joint of chord is more serious and the peak stress in chord is increasing when technological hole is setting in joint. The ultimate loading capacity of joint is decreasing. The failure mode of joints are changed to chord damage firstly. It can be indicated that the strength of the space steel pipe truss with technological hole in chord is satisfied with design requirements. The chord should be reinforced because of the failure mode of joint changed. The analysis method can be selected as the sample to handle the similar engineering.
