摘要
通过对重型切削过程中、高温高压环境下刀具的扩散磨损及粘结破损现象进行分析,并结合有限元仿真的方法,揭示重型硬质合金刀具产生磨损的机理,明确扩散磨损对重型切削刀具使用寿命的作用机制。通过理论分析,对硬质合金刀具扩散磨损规律进行定量描述。综合分析研究结果,在刀具技术和刀具材料选择方面提出了有效预防扩散磨损的技术措施,以期为大型筒节材料的高效加工和重型刀具的开发技术提供技术借鉴。
In this paper,through researching the phenomena of tool diffusion wear and sticking failure and combining with finite element simulation( FEM),the wear mechanism of heavy carbide tool is revealed. And the action of mechanism about diffusion wear on heavy cutting tool life is cleared. Through the theoretical analysis,the diffusion rule of heavy carbide tool is described quantitatively. In order to provide references for the high efficiency machining of large cylindrical material and the development of heavy tool,the effective preventive measures of diffusion wear is proposed in the aspects of tool technology and material through the way of the comprehensive analysis of research results.
