摘要
Al-Si合金中晶粒尺寸及Si颗粒的形态、大小及分布与合金性能有着紧密的联系,因此,研究晶粒尺寸及Si颗粒的特征与合金性能的关系有着重要的意义。本文对Al-Si合金的晶粒细化行为及Si颗粒的变质元素进行了概述,对共晶硅的变质元素主要有Na、Sr、RE等,对初晶硅的变质元素主要有P、S、As等,晶粒细化剂主要有Al-Ti-B、Al-Ti-C、稀土、Al-Ti-C-RE等,主要分析对比了不同细化剂、变质剂的影响及作用机理。
The grain size, morphology and distribution of Si particles in A1-Si alloy are closely linked with alloy performance. So, the significance is great to research the relationship between the grain size, Si particles and the alloy performance .The grain refiner and alterative are summarized. Na, Sr, RE, P, S, As, etc. are commonly used as alterative in practice. Al alloys can be refined by Al-Ti-B, Al-Ti-C, RE, Al-Ti-C-RE, etc. The mechanism of alterative and grain refiner and the interaction between each element was studied.
