摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定木豆叶中球松素、木豆素C的方法。方法:采用DiKMA Diamonsil ODS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈、0.02%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL·min^(-1);检测波长:296 nm;柱温:40℃。结果:球松素、木豆素C在0.002~0.02 mg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 4(球松素);r=0.999 5(木豆素C)。球松素平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.29%;木豆素C平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为1.72%。结论:该方法简单、准确可行,结果稳定可靠,可为木豆叶的质量控制提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of pinostrobin and longistyle C in Folium Cajani.METHODS DiKMA Diamonsil ODS C18column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was adopted.Mobile phase was acetonitrile(solvent A)-0.02% phosphoric acid(solvent B)solution in gradient elution mode,at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1,detection wavelength at 296 nm and column temperature at 40℃.RESULTS Good linearity was shown in rang of 0.002-0.02 mg·mL^-1 for pinostrobin(r=0.999 4)and longistyle C(r=0.999 5).Average recovery rates of pinostrobin and longistyle C were99.0%(RSD=1.29%)and 98.7%(RSD=1.72%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and feasible.The results are stable and reliable,and can provide a scientific basis for quality control of Folium Cajani.
