摘要
研究并提出一种基于JIT与TOC相结合的信息通信备品备件库存管理模式,以追求零库存作为公司的长期目标,在资金、人力资源有限的情况下,通过改善瓶颈环节、降低库存成本、加快库存流通,有效提高公司信息通信备品备件管理水平.
The paper studies and proposes an information communication spare parts inventory management mode based on TOC and JIT in order to realize zero inventory as the company＇s long-term goal.Under the condition of limited capital and human resources,the mode is to improve the management of information communication spare parts inventory by breaking bottleneck,reducing inventory costs and speeding up inventory circulation.
