摘要
干路沿线由于开发体量较大,过境及到发交通吸引强,同时车速快、路幅宽、交叉口间距大,行人过街不便,慢行矛盾往往较为突出。分析步行交通特点的基础上,以上海市浦东新区杨高路商务走廊为例,介绍了基于慢行需求分析的步行廊道系统设计过程。借以强调步行交通在提高短程出行效率、填补公交服务空白、促进交通可持续发展、保障弱势群体出行便利等方面的重要作用,应在规划、设计中给予充分考虑。
The large amount of development along the Trunk road attracts high traffic,which usually involves the problems of fast vehicle speed,wide road width,and intersection spacing.Crossing trunk roads pedestrians usually feel inconvenienced.Conflicts of slow mode traffic and cars tend to be prominent.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of pedestrians with the aim to protecting the rights and safety of pedestrians,the design process of a walking corridor system on the Yanggao Road,Pudong District,Shanghai was introduced.In order to emphasize the irreplaceabihty of pedestrian traffic in improving the efficiency of short trips,filling the gaps of bus services,promoting sustainable transportation,and protecting vulnerable groups,it is necessary to give a full consideration of the rights of pedestrians in traffic planning and design.
