摘要 目的 探讨TORCH系列病原微生物感染与早产的相关性。方法 选择2013年1月~2015年10月于我院分娩的产妇,根据是否为足月分娩分为研究组与对照组,其中研究组均为足月分娩产妇,对照组均为早产产妇,每组120例。所有产妇分娩后均采集外周血2 ml,并接受TORCH系列抗体Ig G及Ig M检测,比较两组产妇弓形虫(TOX)、风疹病毒(RUV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)Ig G及Ig M的阳性检测率。结果 1Ig G阳性检测率:研究组RUV、CMV、TOX、HSV Ig G阳性检测率分别为40.00%、34.17%、10.00%、16.67%,对照组分别为13.33%、9.17%、0、1.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2Ig M阳性检测率:研究组RUV、CMV、TOX、HSV Ig M阳性检测率分别为23.33%、25.00%、10.83%、11.67%,对照组分别为4.17%、5.00%、0、0,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。3Ig G与Ig M双项阳性检测率:研究组RUV、CMV、TOX、HSV双项阳性检测率分别为20.83%、22.50%、3.33%、3.33%,对照组分别为1.67%、3.33%、0、0,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 早产与孕妇TORCH系列病原微生物感染的关系密切,孕期行TORCH筛查是预防和减少临床早产的重要手段。 Objective To study the correlation of the infection of TORCH pathogenic organism with premature delivery. Methods The puerperant who delivered in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015 were selected.The subjects were divided into study group and control group according to the condition of full term birth,120 cases in each group. The study group were full term puerperant and the control group were premature maternal.2 in/of peripheral blood was collected in receiving the detection of TORCH antibody IgG and IgM.The positive detection rate of TOX,RUV,CMV and HSV IgG and IgM between two groups was compared. Results (1)IgG:the positive detection rate of RUV,CMV,TOX and HSV IgG in study group was 40.00%,34.17%,10.00%,16.67%;the rate of control group was 13.33%,9.17%,0,1.67%,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).(2)IgM:the positive detection rate of RUV,CMV,TOX and HSV IgM in study group was 23.33%,25.00%,10.83%, ll.67%;the rate of control group was 4.17%,5.00%,0,0,with statistical difference (P〈0.05). (3)IgG and IgM:the positive detection rate of RUV,CMV,TOX and HSV IgG and IgM for study group was 20.83%, 22.50%,3.33%,3.33%;the rate of control group was 1.67%,3.33%,0,0,with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The premature delivery has a close correlation with the infection of TORCH pathogenic organism.During the gestation period,the TORCH screening is an effective way to prevent and reduce the incidence rate of premature delivery.
