摘要
新时期应该将荒山当作是一种待开发的林业资源,要加大荒山造林工作力度,使荒山的潜力和优势得到发挥,丰富林业资源和林业工作的基础与目标,形成对林业新时期工作的有效支撑。以荒山造林成活率的提升作为中心,在分析荒山成因的前提下,提供了提高荒山造林规划的科学性,为提升荒山造林成活率提出了新的方向和思路。
Barren mountains should be treated as forest resources to be developed in new era, to increase afforestation efforts so the potential advantages of barren mountains can achieve full play, to clear the foundation and objectives of forestry work so as to form the effective support to forestry work in new era. This study took the improvement of the survival rate of afforestation as the center, under the premise of analyzing the causes of barren mountains, provided scientific planning of afforestation in barren mountains, and proposed new directions and ideas to enhance the survival rate of afforestation in barren mountains.
