新型烟气采样装置的数值研究

Numerical Investigation of a New Sampling Device for Flue Gas

摘要 利用数值模拟方法,得到了单根采样管内的流量-阻力特性,并在此基础上设计了一种变管径式多通道烟气采样装置,并进一步对其进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明,变管径多通道烟气采样装置具有良好的采样性能和环境适应性,实现了既能多网格点同时采样、又能严格满足不同取样管等流量取样的功能,能够对烟气成分进行精确测量且相比于现有单通道烟气采样枪能大幅降低试验测试人员的现场工作量和采样时间。 The numerical simulations are performed to obtain the resistances characteristics of single sampling pipe for the flue gas of the unit boilers. A new sampling device with 5 sampling pipes and different diameters for the flue gas are designed and simulated further. The simulated results show that the new sampling device with different diameters could provide the splendid sampling performance and could be suitable for the various working conditions. By using the new device, the flue gas could be sampled at 5 positions simultaneously and the weighted average of five samples could be calculated according to the flow rates of different pipes. The design could guarantee the measurement accuracy and could shorten the sampling period greatly.
