摘要
目的探讨优质护理应用于剖宫产后下肢深静脉栓塞的临床效果。方法利用实验性研究,选择2011年1月~2015年6月我院剖宫产后下肢深静脉栓塞的患者116例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各58例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上增加优质护理。观察比较两组患者对护理的满意度、住院时间及并发肺栓塞的发病率等指标。结果本研究发现实验组和对照组患者并发肺栓塞的发病率分别为1.7%、5.2%,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=4.83,P〈0.05）;另外实验组的患者对护理的满意度（93.1%）高于对照组患者（79.3%）,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=4.64,P〈0.05）;而且对照组患者平均住院时间（14.82±0.98）d明显长于观察组患者的平均住院时间（13.56±1.38）d,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=5.67,P〈0.05）。结论优质护理能够降低剖宫产后下肢深静脉栓塞患者并发肺栓塞的发病率,减少住院天数及提高患者对护理的满意度,比常规护理疗效较好,可以在临床工作中推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of high quality nursing care in lower limb deep jugular vein embolism after cesarean section. Methods Used experimental research, from January 2011 to June 2015, selected our hospital 116 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with cesarean section, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 58 patients. The control group using conventional care, experimental group on the basis of the control group increased the quality of nursing. The two groups of patients of nursing satisfaction, length of hospital stay and the incidence of pulmonary embolism were compared. Results This study found that the incidence of the experimental group and the control group patients complicated with pulmonary embolism were 1.7% and 5.2% respectively, the results had significant difference（chi-square=4.83, P〈0.05）; The nursing satisfaction in experimental group of patients was（93.1%）, was higher than the control group patients（79.3%）, with significant difference（chi-square=4.64, P〈0.05）; The average length of hospital stay in the control group patients（14.82±0.98）d, was significantly longer than the observation group of patients with an average length of hospital stay（13.56±1.38）d, with significant difference（chi-square=5.67, P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing care can reduce cesarean section of complicated with pulmonary embolism in patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis incidence, reduce hospitalization days and improve patients satisfaction of nursing, better than conventional nursing curative effect, can be applied in the clinical work.
