参附注射液对脓毒症大鼠肺损伤的保护作用 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨参附注射液对脓毒症大鼠肺损伤的保护作用。方法采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)建立大鼠脓毒症模型。健康成年雄性SD大鼠72只,随机分为三组,每组24只:假手术组、脓毒症组、参附干预组。动物模型制备成功后,各组在腹腔注入参附注射液(10 mL/kg)或等量生理盐水后,于术后3 h、12 h和24 h检测肺组织匀浆标本超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与脓毒症组比较,参附干预组大鼠肺组织SOD、GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.01),而XO、MDA水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论参附注射液可通过减少肺氧自由基的产生,减轻肺损伤。 Objective To investigate the protective effects of Shenfu injection on pulmonary injury induced by sepsis in rats. Methods Cecal ligation and puncture(CLP) model was used to generate sepsis in rats. SD 72 male rats were randomly divided into three groups with 24 cases in each group: sham operation group, sepsis group, Shenfu intervention group. After generating the animal model groups successfully, injecting Shenfu injection(10 m L/kg) or normal saline in the abdominal cavity, superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), xanthine oxidase(XO) activity,malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in lung tissue homogenate were observed 3 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after CLP.Results Compared with the sepsis group, rats lung tissue SOD, GSH-PX activity of Shenfu intervention group significantly increased(P〈0.01), and XO and MDA levels significantly reduced(P〈0.01). Conclusion Shenfu injection can reduce the pulmonary injury by decreasing the production of oxygen free radicals.
