摘要
以京沪高铁大汶河桥施工中用到的三角挂篮为背景,研究挂篮在施工过程中各部分构件的强度。以大型结构分析软件ANSYS为平台,建立该三角挂篮的空间有限元模型,对挂篮检算的荷载组合进行了统计计算,ANSYS程序计算结果分析表明:在施工工况下,挂篮各主要受力构件的应力均小于允许应力,表明挂篮主要构件具有足够的安全储备,可以满足施工要求,能够保证施工安全。
Based on triangle hanging basket in the Dawenhe Bridge construction of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, the strength of the component parts in the construction process is analyzed. Based on the large-structure analysis software ANSYS, the space finite element model of this triangle hanging basket is established to carry out the statistical calculation of load combinations of the hanging basket check and calculation. The calculation results of ANSYS program show that: under construction conditions, the stress of each main stress components of hanging basket should less than allowable stress. It is showed that the main components of hanging basket adequate safety reserves, they can meet the construction requirements and ensure construction safety.
