摘要
文中对白鹃梅不同溶剂萃取物进行体外抗氧化活性实验;在此基础上利用薄层层析、柱层析、高效液相色谱仪进行黄酮类物质的分离、纯化;质谱仪、核磁共振对所分离的化合物进行结构鉴定。实验结果显示:乙酸乙酯相萃取物的体外抗氧化活性相比其他相萃取物的活性大;从乙酸乙酯相萃取物中分离出3种黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为——芹菜素(apigenin,化合物1)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,化合物2)、芦丁(rutin,化合物3)。
The antioxidant activity of exochorda racemosa extracts by different extracting solution was evaluated.Then,TLC,acolumn chromatography and HPLC were used to separate and purify the extracts. MS and NMR were used to identify the chemical components of the extracts. Results showed that:( 1) the vitro antioxidant activity of extract in ethyl acetate was higher than in others;( 2) three compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and rutin.
