摘要
根据章动活齿传动的原理,利用Pro/E软件完成滚锥齿章动活齿传动装置的整机三维实体模型.应用接触力学的有关理论建立了中心盘的受力分析模型,分析了传动装置中滚锥活齿与中心盘的受力状态.分别利用Hertz弹性接触理论和有限元软件完成滚锥活齿与中心盘齿面间接触强度的分析与计算,验证了所建立的力分析模型的正确性;得到关键件中心盘齿面受力时的应力分布规律,并提出了相应的改进措施,为后续的产品设计提供了理论依据.
Based on the theory of the nutation transmission with conical movable teeth,the 3D model of the whole transmission device is established by Pro / E for a given set of parameters. The force analysis model of the center disk is established using the theory of contact mechanics,and the conical movable teeth and the center disk force state in the transmission are analyzed. The analysis of the center disk tooth surface contact strength is conducted using Hertz elastic contact theory and finite element method. The results show the correctness of the force analysis model established,and the stress distribution of the center disk is obtained. The corresponding improvement measures are proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for follow-up product design.
